We use a carefully controlled raw material formulation to ensure product safety and performance. We strictly avoid excessive fillers such as talc powder, as well as recycled or aged materials that may affect durability and user health.
Finished pillows are placed on dedicated ventilated racks instead of being stored on the floor. A 24-hour air-drying process helps reduce odor and minimizes potential allergen risks, ensuring a cleaner and safer end-user experience.
We operate a complete quality inspection process supported by dedicated testing equipment to ensure consistent density, resilience, and product performance before shipment.
